Theme of the ICON BHARAT: 

 Bridging gap between Sanatana (Ancient sciences) & Sanootana (Modern sciences)

SRIVT was established in the year 1999 with an aim of unravelling the scientific and technical dimensions of Vedas and other ancient Indian scriptures.  The main focus of SRIVT is to bridge the gap between ancient sciences with the modern counterparts enabling the scientists to explore the scientific perspectives from Vedic scriptures. SRIVT is the first Vedic Research Institute recognized by the Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) of the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. 

The Silver Jubilee Celebrations of SRIVT is scheduled to be organized for two days i.e., 31st August and 1st September, 2024 at T-Hub, Hyderabad. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to participate and debate in the international conference titled “Bridging Heritage Ancient Research & Advanced Technologies” ICON BHARAT. For the moment, ICON BHARAT is receiving a lot of emails and hence the organizing committee is pleased to provide the following relevant information which may answer the queries of the prospective participants and also helps to streamline your requests and to respond to them in a timely manner.

• Registration: The Registration Desk will be kept open until July 31st.  For queries on registration, please email registration@iconbharat.com ; website: www.iconbharat.com  
• Abstract submissions: The authors who wish to promote Ancient Indian Science and Technology, ICON BHARAT is one of the best platforms to explore the avenues for modern research from Vedic Scriptures. The themes and subthemes of the ICON BHARAT for Abstract submission are:
• Ancient Wisdom – Modern applications in any branch of sciences
• Ancient Engg. & Technology
• Ancient Medical sciences
• Ancient Arts & Literature
• Science behind Vedic Rituals and tradition
• Green-Tech and Sustainable Research

Abstracts should be submitted Preferably in English (Sanskrit & Hindi also accepted),

Illustrated abstracts are also accepted.

Kindly adhere to the specified format as mentioned below:

• MS-Word format (.doc/.docx)            
• No of Words: 350 words 
• Font: Times New Roman            
• Font size: 12 
• Line Spacing: 1.0

Submit your abstracts on or before 31st May 2024

Abstract will be scrutinized by an expert committee. Only Selected Abstracts will be allowed for presentation (Oral/Poster).

Draft programme: A draft programme of ICON BHARAT will be published in the month of July, 2024. Given the scale of our programme (10+ parallel sessions over 2 full days with 1,000 participants), it will not be possible to accommodate every scheduling request but we are doing our best to accommodate those who wish to attend the ICON-BHARAT. Please check the website for the updates and the conference committee will be sending an email as and when the draft programme is published to all the prospective participants.

• Full-length articles: The authors are requested to send the full-length articles of the peer-reviewed abstracts in not more than 3000 words. After thorough peer reviewing, these articles will be published in Vedic Science (An international Multidisciplinary Peer-Reviewed Research Journal) of Indian Foundation for Vedic Sciences, Haryana, India. 
• Travel: The participants have to plan their own travel assistance from their respective organisations. 
• Visas: Full information in relation to visa applications and requirements is available on Indian Govt Website:  https://boi.gov.in/. 
• During the VISA application process, if you are asked to submit an invitation/ recommendation letter, please reach us through email. contact@iconbharat.com 
• Accommodation: Information on accommodation options will be available on our conference website. It will be possible to book accommodation nearer to the venue viz., T-Hub, Hyderabad on or before July 31st 2024 by the participants. The conference desk will provide guidance on the hotels and service apartments. 
• Awards: The best posters and presentations will be proportionately rewarded.
